Following the tremendous success of last year’s “Plane & Pilot” Your Flying World photo contest, we have now initiated the fourth edition, which appears to be even grander and more excellent than before.

Last year’s contest attracted hundreds of entries. Richard King emerged victorious with the top prize for his breathtaking image of a North American P-51 Mustang soaring low and swift over the saguaros in the Arizona Sonoran Desert landscape at dawn.

This year, once again, Editor-in-Chief Isabel Goyer will head a group of seasoned photo judges to select the image that is bound to be astonishing in an entirely new fashion!

If there’s one thing we’re certain of, it’s that pilots have a passion for sharing the remarkable shots they capture while indulging in the world’s most wonderful hobby. This year’s Your Flying World contest offers all of you an opportunity to showcase your finest and potentially win substantial prizes for your efforts!

As is always the case, please bear in mind that “Plane & Pilot” is dedicated to promoting safe flying practices, and we are confident that you are too. Kindly review our contest FAQ section and the official rules related to the best approaches for taking aviation photographs.
